Our Privacy Commitment
LotriFlow ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SmokeFree Journey mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
Information We Don't Collect
SmokeFree is built with privacy at its core. We do not collect:
- Your quit date or smoking history
- Health milestone progress
- Craving logs or breathing exercise usage
- Personal identification information
- Location data
- Device identifiers for tracking purposes
Local Data Storage
All your quit smoking data—including your quit date, cigarettes per day, cost per pack, and progress—is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
Apple Watch Sync
If you use the SmokeFree Apple Watch companion app, your data is synchronized between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's secure WatchConnectivity framework. This synchronization happens directly between your devices and does not pass through our servers.
In-App Purchases
SmokeFree offers optional Pro features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only anonymized purchase confirmations necessary to unlock Pro features—we never see your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information.
AI Coach Feature
The AI Coach feature (available to Pro users) may process your questions to provide personalized support. Any conversation data used for this feature is processed in accordance with our AI provider's privacy practices and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to understand app usage patterns and improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users and includes only general metrics like feature usage counts and crash reports.
Third-Party Services
SmokeFree may use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
- Apple HealthKit: Optional integration if you choose to share data with Apple Health (your choice, not automatic)
Children's Privacy
SmokeFree is not intended for use by children under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Data Deletion
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. To delete your SmokeFree data:
- Use the "Reset Progress" option in the app settings, or
- Delete the SmokeFree app from your device
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
